I think the location was a good plus.
Unfortunately, it was very noisy during the night. I was really worried that someone could break into the room. There was no washing up in the kitchen which we had to get.

Don't pay the deposit!
DO NOT PAY THE 100€ DEPOSIT if you're leaving on a Sunday!! We had to pay a 100€ deposit in cash at a salon where we picked up the keys (which was not stated at first in the description). In theory you get your 100€ back at the salon if you leave Mon-Sat, and you're supposed to contact the actual host to come for the check-out if on a Sunday. He never replied to our emails, phone calls, Facebook messages... So we never saw him or the 100€
